The unit, as delivered, had a dent in the front control console, probably from shipment. I called Weber, and they shipped a replacement control console right away (at no charge to me). I'm really impressed by the customer service at Weber ... very nice...

Does as it says on the tin, accurate description and quality feeling product. Alternatives would cost much more elsewhere. (Only watch out is make sure your're happy with a hunk of black in your garden, it does stand out more than green ones)
