BlackBerry Key2 LE

The BlackBerry Key2 LE is a productivity powerhouse that offers better value for your money than its pricier sibling.

Solid keyboard. Speed Key lets you quickly access apps and features. Excellent productivity and privacy software.

Keyboard lacks capacitive touch. Mediocre cameras.

The BlackBerry Key2 LE is an excellent phone if productivity is your main concern. In addition to being the only midrange phone on the market with a QWERTY keyboard, it's a better value than its more expensive sibling. Unless the capacitive touch...

BlackBerry Key2 LE review: A cheaper way to get the keyboard in your pocket

The BlackBerry Key2 LE cuts some corners to come in $250 cheaper than the standard Key2, but luckily that sweet keyboard is unaffected.

The amazing keyboard ; Almost identical to the Key2 on the outside ; The smaller battery is still enough

Cut corners affect performance ; Sub par camera

BlackBerry is trying to keep the experience similar across the different price points, and at $250 cheaper the Key2 LE doesn’t cut as many corners as I thought it would. Unfortunately the cut corners were in processing power, which did affect my...

BlackBerry KEY2 LE Smartphone Review

Light Times. Anyone who appreciates a smartphone with a physical keyboard, but does not want to fork out for an expensive device should consider the BlackBerry KEY2 LE. The cheaper version of the KEY2 has decent hardware for its price, but is it a...

good GPS performance ; support for numerous LTE bands ; robust case ; impressive call quality ; numerous input options ; two configurable buttons

throttles quickly under load ; the display has a blue tint to it ; cameras are poor in low-light ; outdated Android security patches

The BlackBerry KEY2 is the representation of BlackBerry Mobile’s, or rather TCL Communication’s, great idea of releasing a cheaper version of its flagship smartphone. After all, not everyone can or wants to pay over $600 for a smartphone. In short, TCL...

BlackBerry KEY2 LE review: Physical keyboards aren't for everyone anymore

Physical keyboards aren't for everyone anymore but the BlackBerry KEY2 LE still has its user base, even though it has mostly shrunk to a niche group.

Classic BlackBerry design ; Decent display for its size ; Google Assistant can be used with Convenience Key ; Focus on security and productivity ; Battery life is amazing ; Lightweight and feels well built ; Feels nice in the hand

Camera isn't all that great ; Keyboard feels clunky and cramped (this is probably a very subjective critique) ; No gesture navigation on keyboard like the KEY2 ; Lacks water-resistance ; Screen brightness isn't great

It’s been a very long time since I’ve used a BlackBerry. I think the last one I used for any period of time was the BlackBerry 8700C. So reading several other reviews will certainly help give you a more rounded idea about what to expect with the KEY2...

BlackBerry KEY2 LE review: Retro productivity with modern security and an affordable price Review | ZDNet

BlackBerry Mobile continues to roll out phones with QWERTY keyboards. The KEY2 LE is more affordable than the KEY2 while making minor changes that don't compromise productivity.

Functional keyboard with 52 available shortcuts ; Lightweight with no glass back ; Solid battery life ; Sub-$500 price

No water/dust resistant rating ; Camera is just OK

Review: BlackBerry Key2 LE

The Key2 LE shares the same basic size, shape, and appearance of the pricier Key2, but downshifts materials and components to make it less costly. If you're a keyboard die-hard, the Key2 LE is an intriguing and affordable option thanks to the solid...

The Key2 LE is a clear step down from the Key2, and TCL/BlackBerry designed it that way. The company made purposeful choices to reduce the phone's cost, and in that pursuit they were successful.

BlackBerry Key2 LE Review: The Keyboard You Can Afford

It was a prudent move for TCL to attempt a less expensive version of the BlackBerry Key 2. Unfortunately, in the process, the company eliminated many of the things we loved about the phone.

Good physical keyboard ; Security-minded software ; Performs similarly to Key2

Short battery life ; No trackpad ; Cheap, plastic design ; Drab cameras

The Key2 LE makes BlackBerry's physical keyboard phone affordable, though it carries some compromises to hit its lower price.

BlackBerry Key2 LE Review

Optiemus has launched the TCL-made BlackBerry KEY2 LE , a cheaper version of the KEY2 in India last month. It was introduced at the IFA in August and has a similar design as the BlackBerry KEY2. Is the BlackBerry Key2 LE worth the price at this...

Physical QWERTY keyboard ; Good build quality ; Decent battery life

Priced slightly on the higher side ; Camera could have been better

In this modern, bezeless, big-screen smartphones era, it is good to have an option like BlackBerry 2LE with a physical keyboard. This device might not appeal for the larger part of the audience since it doesn’t tick any criteria as per the user...

The Canadian brand BlackBerry took advantage of IFA to present its new smartphone: the BlackBerry Key2 LE. In our introduction, we'll explain why this smartphone deserves your attention. Find out in our hands-on!

BlackBerry has broken its habits by offering a stylish red smartphone to attract a different kind of clientele. But, above all, it’s offering mid-range equipment at a mid-range price, which seems logical. But if you look at all the prices on the...

BlackBerry Key2 LE first look: A red BlackBerry?

If you like the BlackBerry Key2 but wished it was cheaper and thinner, then you're in luck. The Key2 LE is all these things and boasts red accents.
