Honor Pad X9 review

The Honor Pad X9 is an inexpensive tablet that seems to be geared towards media consumption more than anything else. It has a large 11.5-inch, 5:3, 1200 x...

Large display with 120Hz refresh rate.

No memory card slot.

At the time of writing this review, we are seeing some very competitive pricing for the Honor Pad X9. It seems to be going for just under

Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 LTE Tablet Review

LTE 8.0. You don't like small screens but want the phone functions of a smartphone? Then Huawei's MediaPad T1 8.0 LTE might be your device: make calls and browse on the Internet on an 8-inch tablet.

Relatively slim casing, LTE module, Phone functionality, Rich-sounding speaker, Intuitive and extensive software, Swift GPS module, Good voice quality, Decent cameras, Reliable touchscreen, Useful battery life, Low temperatures

Slightly dark screen, Overall meager configuration, Calls can be overheard, Mediocre Wi-Fi reception

Huawei's MediaPad T1 8.0 LTE is definitely a good deal: Phone functionality and the LTE module are sooner only found in more expensive models. Although the configuration of just 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage are not exceptional, it can still just...

Honor X9b Review: The Hummer Of Smartphones

Here's our full review of the Honor X9b, the latest lower mid-range handset from Honor in India which competes with Realme, Xiaomi and more.

Design & Build Quality Display Battery Backup Performance in daily use

Poor haptics Tinny speaker Below average camera performance Software still needs some tweaks Charging time is slower than competitors

The Honor X9b is comparable to the Hummer in the automotive world. It’s built solid for rough use, lasts long and has the premium looks but it’s not the all-rounder. Similar to the Hummer, it’s not the best in its class in terms of performance or for...

Honor X9b 5G Review: Performance that Matters, Drops that Don’t

In 2023, the Chinese smartphone brand HTech brought Honor smartphones back to India under the leadership of CEO Madhav Sheth. The company announced the Honor 90 5G in the country as its comeback smartphone in September 2023. However, seems like Honor...

If I had to sum up the Honor X9b in one sentence, I would describe it as a rugged and efficient smartphone. Its sturdy build and impressive performance are its standout features. With an AMOLED display, a powerful 5800mAh battery, Magic OS 7.2, a 108MP...

HONOR X9b 5G Review – Unbelievably Tough, Yet Practical

Looking for a smartphone that might be as durable, if not more than the classic 3310? Check out our HONOR X9b 5G review and see if this is the one for you.

+ Built like a tank ; + Performance is practically good enough for most ; + Decent main camera performance ; + No need for a protective case ; + Great battery life ; + Excellent OLED display at this price point ; + Comes with an abundance of...

- Excruciatingly slow to charge to 100% ; - Only IP53 ; - Ultrawide and macro cameras need improvements ; - No wireless charging

The HONOR X9b 5G has plenty to offer with its affordable price of RM1,499. It provides solid value for the money you're spending and it's practically built like a tank while still being practical for daily usage.

Honor Pad 9 Review

The Honor Pad 9 is a great tablet made excellent at this price point. It's got everything you could possibly need from an Android tablet.

Big 120Hz screen ; Supports all of Google apps and services ; Affordable but reasonably powerful ; Looks great

No fingerprint sensor ; OLED would’ve been nice ; Cameras are bang average

The Honor Pad 9 is a slick tablet with decent performance and a lovely display at a reasonable price. It’s much easier to recommend now the company has buried the hatchet with Google too, marking it an excellent (and more affordable) iPad alternative.

Honor Pad X9 hands on: An affordable tablet with entertainment at its heart

The Honor Pad X9 packs an 11.5-inch screen, sizeable battery and six speakers for an entertainment-focused tablet on a budget.

A big-screen affordable Android tablet with some interesting entertainment-focused specs, the Honor Pad X9 is an intriguing proposition and warrants a much closer look.

Honor Pad 9 review

The Pad 9 is a very good Android tablet for the price, combining great performance with a premium design and attractive display, but it's far from perfect

Strong performance ; Impressive gaming experience ; Great 120Hz screen ; Sleek design

Underwhelming battery life ; Slow charging ; No software update commitment

The Honor Pad 9 is undoubtedly one of the best tablets you can buy for under £300. However, a disappointing battery experience and lack of software support prevent it from being a straightforward recommendation.

Honor Pad 9 review: Growing in an Apple-shaped shadow | Expert Reviews

It's priced too close to the 2021 iPad, but key improvements make the Honor Pad 9 one of Android's strongest competitors

Exceptional CPU performance ; Major display improvements ; Stylish and robust design

Price increase ; Battery life takes a minor hit ; Half-baked software

If you’re open to using Apple products, it’s difficult to recommend the Honor Pad 9 when the 9th generation iPad can be picked up for just £19 more . The iPad’s performance is stronger across the board, and it makes for a better laptop replacement,...
